"The house was clean and comfortable for the most part. Futon was uncomfortable and would have been nice to use the backyard to relax and bbq but there were people coming in and out the whole time we were there . We go to kingsville alot hopefully we can try this again "

The host was easy to get ahold of when needed, responded quickly, was pleasant, and even let us know when we had animal visitors. Lots of deer in the area.
