"The staff is very kind and accommodating. This is an older property so the rooms show wear and tear, but the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and we had a good nights sleep. We will be booking this whenever we head to Kingsville. "

"We enjoyed our stay there this weekend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They secured our room quickly and helped when we had questions about breakfast and the pool. They are going through renovations, so it wasn't the cleanest we've ever seen it, but that's not a reason we'd use to not go back. We will def come back to this place and look forward to when it's completed!"

"I picked this hotel based on a few reviews against my better judgement. I wouldn't say it's in a bad part of time, but the hotel is sketchy by itself. Very old, unkept. Room was small. Not very clean. Odd smell. Doors didn’t deadbolt from the inside. One of the beds was evidently wrapped in a protective plastic sheet like what baby beds were made out of. Would not recommend. I stay at hotels all the time that cost me between $60-75. I won't stay at any hotelsl that costs any less. "
