We had two rooms for this stay - one for my son and DIL, and one for my husband and I.
Room 303 as beautiful and cute all at the same time.
Pros - Well appointed with a dehumidifier, A/C worked great and was quiet, awesome Keurig, comfy side chair, small refrigerator, updated bathroom (would love that tile in my own home!!), great soaps/shampoos and lotions.
Cons - None - really...NONE!
Room 203-Overall super disappointing.
Pro’s: the room open directly out to the pool, and the shampoos, conditioners, soaps, etc. very nice. The in room coffee maker was a great plus. Housekeeping was timely super friendly.
Cons: To put it mildly, the room was “tired”.
From no windows at all in the room (other than the door windows), a simple dining chair in the corner as the only seating, and no closet (leaving the ironing board and iron sitting on the floor in the room), to the broken wicker headboard, the outdated shower tiling, mold in the corners of the wall outside of the shower, the super loud air conditioner that even on auto ran constantly, the broken blinds on the doorway allowing folks to peer into the room towards one side of the bed easily, and the lack of humidifier in the room that left everything in the room damp feeling, it honestly feels and felt like this room was a total afterthought that was actually a forgotten thought. This room should likely be the very last room that they place someone in and should likely be downgraded to the least expensive room they have.
