"The night cleek was extremely rude and not serviceminded at all. Unfortunately that reflects in my overall rating. The place was really nice. Receptionists amazing. Great room and atmosphere. I booked a one night 4-people-sharing room. When I checked in no one else was in the dorm. I went out and around town for fantasy fest and when I got back around 2am I thought I would ask the night clerk if he could tell me if other peiple checked in my room. Its nice to know what to be prepared for...

"Great place to stay, convenient location, easy to get around the area, very nice/clean pool. The ONLY thing I can say as constructive feedback is that there is t any sort of welcoming book/information to say 'heres where ice is, grocery store down the street, etc'. The contact person was super helpful getting us into the room (door lock takes a min to get used to). Our room didn't have a kitchen feature, would choose that room if we stayed there again. Overall really good experience!"

"My husband and I stayed in the Cortez for three nights, and it was super clean and cozy. There wasn’t a lot of extra space, but it was perfect for sleeping and relaxing since we spent most of our time sightseeing. The common home was adorable. We didn’t end up using it, but it would be great for a larger group. We’re giving the pool four stars—it was heated, which was nice, but it didn’t get much sun for lounging. All in all, it was a great stay!"
