"2 star hotel, Not good experience"

"We stayed in two rooms at DoubleTree by Hilton Milan Malpensa. Unfortunately, both rooms had significant hygiene and maintenance issues. In room 161, the handheld shower head had visible mould or heavy biological build-up around the nozzles, and the rainfall shower was so clogged that the water sprayed in every direction. In room 164, there was visible mould on the bathroom ceiling. We documented everything with photos and reported it to reception when checking out. The receptionist was...

"Essentially a motel feel. Positives: cheaper than other surrounding places, close to train station and airport, above a bakery convenient for meals. Spacious room. Has a built in kitchen (didnt check to see if functional) Negatives: Old furniture and amenities. Basics are functional. Beds are slim mattresses on a frame. Can't lower the aircon temp (can open the windows, although occasionally will get cigarette smoke). Hot water is hit and miss. If youre lucky you'd get hot water otherwise it's...

"Just “ok” if you are passing by and need a place to sleep close to the airport, but not much more than that. Room was ok, but the shared spaces were dark and run down. The surrounding area is terrible. Half-derelict buildings, garbage on the streets, etc. The breakfast was also ok, but not a lot fresh/not a lot to choose from. The price did not match the product"

"Great hotel to spend a night before taking an early flight in MXP. Nice and spacious room, good bathroom and there is a parking lot free of charge."

"The property is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. There are many warm touches including a lovely sitting room. The breakfast room has elegantly laid out stations included a fruit juicer. The host was easily available to answer questions."

"Fint men lidt udpint sted. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelíg, men ok. "
