Generelt godt
Meget turistet område, og vanskeligt at komme rundt med klapvogn. Stranden lå længere væk end beregnet, da der bygges en del og er spærret af. Billig og suuuuper lækkkef mad i nærområdet og ok mad på hotellet. Personalet er sødt og området overskueligt.

Alt for kompakt hotel - servicen manglede ofte. Det var slet ikke Thai lækkert som vi har oplevet det på andre hoteller. Vi følte, at vi var en på Gran Canaria, men det var fordi der kun bor skandinaver på hotellet. Tror hotellet er blevet lullet i søvn af at være charter destination. Vi var skuffet - ructhebanen i pool var lukket flere dage og der var ingen massage på hotellet.

Dejligt hotel
Vi havde en dejlig ferie på trods af skiftende vejr. Vi synes dog at altanmøblerne var for dårlige til et 4 * hotel . Det var slidte hvide plaststole. Vi boede i stueetagen lige ud til poolen. Super . Kan anbefales. Vi synes der var lidt for langt at gå til stranden men kunne jo bare tage hotelbussen. Alt i alt et godt hotel med sødt personale. Man bør nok ikke vælge hotellet hvis man vil have fred og ro . Men det er jo også et familiehotel med mange børn.

Det var mye kloakklukt så fort vi tok opp utgangdøren til rommet , verandaen var aldri vasket , glassene på rommet ble ikke hver gang vasket .dårlig at det ikke ble skiftet oftere på sengen . Frokostpersonalet var blide og hyggelige .

This property was very nice. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We had a garden view suite and were able to walk right out to the pool. Staff at reception were good and maintenance staff fixed our hall light which wasn't working when we checked in due to electrical issues. Our only issue was the housekeeping staff which gave inconsistent service. One day they didn't come at all and we had to phone the front desk at 5:00 and ask if we could get more water as the hotel supplies 2 bottles per day. Also towels were sometimes stained which didn't mean they weren't clean but still for an upscale place this should not happen. Pool towels were often stained as well.

Väldigt trevlig och serviceminded personal på restaurang och poolbaren. Bra frukost med stort utbud. Vi hade ett rum med terass, luktade illa från regn avloppet och var en hel del mygg. Städningen var inte alls bra.

Great pools
Stayed for 9 nights with our children aged 6 and 9. They loved the swimming pools which were well maintained. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good, catering for a wide range of nationalities. Our room was cleaned to a high standard every day.

Very good location and relaxing area to stay. Pool is good 👍 and there is a gym. Its a 10 min walk to beautiful kata beach, and easy to walk to karon beach or kata noi. Lots of food options close by.

As I understand the hotel will be refurbished in a year or two so that tells you about the state of the hotel for now. Maintenance was average any fittings or fixtures loose can ask for housekeeping. Air con is a bit noisy at night. Pools could be better condition especially the quiet pool. During check out staff were much more hospitable and helpful. That's a good impression for guests leaving. Pls do the same too when guests arriving :)

The hotel needs a refurb. Bathroom towels grey, old and stiff. The light in both the bedroom and bathroom is insufficient. If you want to apply makeup you cannot see properly. The photos make the hotel look a lot nicer than it actually is. The staff are lovely

The cleaning staff for the rooms were excellent (Pancake). The Rooms were not well maintained (doors on the cupboards that would not work, draws that were not working) - fixed after a couple hours. Garden beds that were not weeded (fixed second day). Pool that was green and slimy and dangerous to swim in never fixed. Hotel agreed to check out now and full refund as they could not get maintained staff to fix after 5 days. So Ms Nancy (on site manager) did try to work it out.

Only problems we had was rooms weren’t ready and the couple changed rooms twice . There is also a broken rail on the side of pool near the swim up bar . Security and door staff very friendly and helpful . We would stay again.

Il Centara Kata Resort è situato in un posto molto comodo a tutta una serie di servizi e comodità che il turista inevitabilmente cerca. Vicino a ristoranti, cambia valute, supermercati, farmacie, bar noleggi scooter etc. La location dispone di piscine molto belle e rilassanti con bar dove bere o farsi portare un drink tranquillamente al proprio lettino. Le camere dove eravamo non son bellissime, ma spaziose e con un bel terrazzo dove sedersi la sera per un drink. La pulizia delle camere dovrebbe essere curata meglio perché c'erano formichine molto piccole in bagno, nel lavandino di servizio in camera e questo non è piacevole. Per il resto tutto OK.

Sehr gute Aufteilung der Anlage in Bereiche mit Kinder und ohne. Ansonsten alles gut und das Hotel hat siene 4 Sterne dank dem sehr freundlichen Personal verdient.
