Mørkt værelse - minder ikke om 5-stjernet hotel. Lobby, spaområde og fitness var dog pænt og brugbart.

Although the wait was pleasant enough with snacks, we realised that the reception had forgotten about us and it was only after we approached them again that they ‘remembered’ we were waiting for over an hour!
After that initial glitch, the rest of the stay was fabulous! The facilities are exceptional and the service top notch!
The staff are gracious and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding,...

"Asked for a very silent room when I booked which was confirmed. At check in I pointed it out, and they confirmed again, and they placed me in a room next to the runway and would not move to a similar room away from the runway.
Worn out, my curtains could not open. Switches for lights seem to be placed randomly so switching off light is a kind of quizz. Restaurant so-so breakfast the same. But staff in the bar were fine. Will probably not come back"

I forgot a piece of gold jewelery in the room, and was promptly contacted by the Hotel on email. I arranged for it to be picked up, and the service, the approach was extremely professional and recommendable. Will definitely stay here again.
