Hospitality was great.
Very friendly staff and easy to get transportation from the airport to the hotel. The food was great and the room was up to my expectations.

Convenient for the airport
I only stayed for one night arriving from Europe in the morning and leaving the next day for Lesotho. Perfect hotel for this and with a free airport shuttle.

Ringe service, men stort værelse
Indcheckning hos en ansat, som absolut intet havde at sige - alle informationer skulle trækkes ud af hende, om det så var angående morgenmad, wifi eller shuttle til lufthavnen. Selve værelset var rummeligt og med en komfortabel seng, men tingene og møblerne virkede slidte, og aircon-anlægget så lige så imponerede ud, som det virkede billigt og var støjende. Kaffe og vand til rådighed uden omkostninger på værelset, og shuttleservice kører hver halve time til lufthavnen fra tidlig morgen (turen tager under fem minutter).

Meget passende "stopover" hotel i Johannesburg.
Det var anden gang vi benyttede os af hotellet i Johannesburg lufthavn under vores tur til andre destinationer i det sydlige Afrika. Tæt og praktisk beliggende ved lufthavnen. Godt hotel med pæn værelsesstandard. Punktlig og gratis hotelbus. Særdeles prisvenlige værelsespriser. Godt overnatningsvslg mellem ankomst og vidererejse fra Johannesburg.

Just needed an overnight in Johannesburg. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ate dinner there, it was good.

My stay at premier hotel was great. They provide a free shuttle to the airport which makes it easy for you. The hotel staff was friendly and always ready to assist.

The staff were great and the hotel is conveniently located next to the airport. I loved the on site restaurant and buffet. However, the property is located in a very unsettling area and made staying at the facility uncomfortable.

Excellent airport hotel. Reliable free shuttle service - very useful, and very close to airport. Clean, friendly staff, lovely common areas. Comfortable bed and good sized room. Good shower & bathroom. I don’t know whether they have recently refurbished the rooms we were in (5 people, 3 rooms) , because otherwise the negative reviews don’t make sense.

The staff was excellent. The facility was beautiful and clean. The food was outstanding. I understand the load shedding is beyond your control. But my room was completely without power. And even after the load shedding, my a/c didn't work all night. Definitely miserable.

Everything was wonderful, especially the guys in transportion and the bar. The front desk was very accommodating. The buffet was excellent each night. The electrical outages occurred in the daytime when i was going out, but could be a problem. The back-up generators ran most of the facility.

A nice location in proximity to OR Tambo airport. It is a tad bit warm, and the AC units seem to blow air, but not much cool air, but I am not complaining as this strikes me as a nice hotel at a reasonable rate.

Great for a one night after a late flight. Room a bit dated, but otherwise it had everything we needed. Great service on our late arrival. Very good buffet breakfast. Neighborhood seemed a bit dingy, but the parking lot is gated. We felt safe,inside.

The Indian guy at reception was super helpful. We had received a parcel and he kindly kept it in the fridge for us until our departing flight. Hotel was great, the only issue is that it is a bit far from the airport.

Catching the bus for the hotel was quite easy it’s at the bus terminus when you arrive you have to follow the signs and ask a few officials , we then arrived at the hotel in about 10mins . I did have a lot of luggage but they helped me with this . The room was clean and comfortable and good for an overnight stay .

It was good but we were actually in transit, my husband got bitten by bed bugs please sanitize or clean the mattresses. The Chef cooked a good meal for us and he was very friendly. Check in and check out was so easy.
