Hotel i Jetysu Distrikt, Almaty

"No shuttle bus service as mentioned in service. Before booking they said it is rare advantage but there is no advantage at all also it is middle of residential area very hard to access anything noting round all small house and high school. Staff was friendly room clean breakfast okay nice also they don’t respond chat"

"総じて普通、１泊１万では割高感あり。 値段が高い時期に泊まってしまったが、 通常値段であればコスパはよいほうかもしれない。"

"Staff were helpful and kind. Hotel design is pretty cool too"

"When we got to the hotel they said they don't participate with Hotels.com and refused to accept our voucher even after we showed them both hard copy and email versions of the voucher. No one actually spoke any English so we had to use translation programs on our phones to communicate. We paid to stay there anyway. It turned out that the location was outside of the city center and hard to get to. The air conditioning leaked water into the room so we had to turn it off. Breakfast was very poor...

"Lovely hotel, nice location, very clean, great comfort, good beds"

"Nice hotel with big enough rooms, complimentary bottled water every day, very soft fluffy towels and comfortable bed. There are several minimarkets/convenience stores in the immediate area and you're within walking distance of Arbat, one of the main shopping streets"

"The location is good, and close to the main park and church. The breakfast is good as well. However the back of the hotel has a loud bar and can play rock music all night, and you may try hard to get the room type you reserved."

"Such a brilliant hotel, with stellar rooms, great food, super friendly staff and a good location. It's close to the airport obviously but downtown is about 15 mins away. Good value too."

"Property was clean and staff was very helpful. Location is quite central to the city."

"Generelt ok"

"Nice staff. "

"Great and well kept hotel in the center of Almaty. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and clean rooms. The breakfast was very diverse and tasty. Will definitely choose this hotel again!"
