"Close to NOW arena, only 7 mins walk. Breakfast selection is great! Especially the turkey sausage and the gravy. Love their gravy very much. They also provide laundry machine for $3 and another $3 for drying. Great hotel"

"Should get with the town of Elgin/Dundee to install sidewalks. I couldn’t walk anywhere. There aren’t any sidewalks.
Also, maintenance or someone should walk around the building(at least once a day to pick up obvious trash/sacks of garbage"

"I did not knew Saint Charles before these two days. Great and elegant. The hotel corresponds to that. Clean, fantastic beds, pool in great conditions and a lot of bars and restaurants even a walking distance. Not all, but the absolute most of employees, very kind."

"By far, the staff was outstanding! They went above and beyond to help me with some strange communication issues I was having when I lost my cell phone. The staff was communicative and accessible. Although I would have enjoyed a morning mini breakfast, coffee was always available and there was a well-stocked mini-mart. I would definitely stay there again! 5 stars from me!!"

We arrived late at around 12.30 AM but the receptionist was welcoming and made sure everything is in place.
I wish they have more tables over the breakfast area.
There were a couple of hiccups like, elevator was down for a short duration and the fire alarm went off by error which were all addressed promptly. Overall, a pretty good place to stay in Hoffman estates. "

Room was nice, clean, but not as spacious as the pictures made it seem. The large desk takes up a good chunk of floor space. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was roomy...

"I really appreciated the take away breakfast and snack options - nice latte and fruit cups were perfect for me “on the go”. The pool opening times were too late in the morning for me to use but it looked good. Good reception service"
