God service og venligt personale
Det var et godt ophold med fantastisk service og et venligst personale. Det eneste negative ved hotellet var, at der om natten var meget larm fra gaden, men ellers var det er fantastisk ophold. Hotellet er centralt til alt nødvendigt - vi kommer igen.

Fantastisk hotel af høj standart
Fantastisk hotel med serviceminded personale. Skønt værelse og faciliteter. Morgenmadsbuffeten er af høj standart. Det eneste mangelfulde er wifi servicen som virker dårligt. Men generelt kan jeg give det de varmeste anbefalinger.

Fantastisk ophold
Opholdet på The House Hotel var helt igennem positivt. Servicen er virkelig i top, der var rent og vedligeholdt. Gode senge og god plads på værelset. Hotellet ligger meget centralt i gå-afstand fra Galatatårnet og meget tæt på Metro. Pga. at det er en gammel bank der er lavet om til hotel, ligger det i tæt bebyggelse kilet ind mellem andre bygninger, så der er ikke luft og plads omkring, og det betyder også at det ikke fra værelserne er et "udsigts" hotel. Virkelig god service på hotellet og dejlig morgenmad.

True boutique experience in istanbul
Seldomly do you feel more truels welcomed. It was fantastic to experience the smiling and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. Reception and butler were extraordinary. The top bar and restaurant is beautiful and you really feel like a star in that setting

Dejligt hotel
Dejligt hotel, værelset var stort og rent. Rigtig god service og vi blev taget godt imod. Morgenmad var ok, men ikke noget specielt. Området var fint og der ligger gode spiseområder 5-15min derfra.

fint hotel med super service. fine værelser om end lidt små og gode senge. Dog kunne der godt strammes op på rengøringen. Har boet på det tidligere og det var tydeligt at der var slækket på rengøring og også overraskende at man har valgt at tage kaffe væk fra værelserne. Beliggenheden meget central

Lovely hotel with a central location
Lovely hotel in walking distance from tourist attractions such as Hagia Sophia Mosque, the great bazar, spice market and the main predestian street. The hotel has a great view from their roofbar and the breakfast buffet/a la carte is highly recommendable. I have never visited a hotel with such a nice and helpful staff. Got great recommendations on a daily basic of places, restaurant and bars to visit. Absolutely the best hotel experience I ever have had.

This is an outstanding property! It’s in a great part of Istanbul for exploring, the roof top bar is brilliant, but the best thing is the staff who are incredibly welcoming and really made our visit special!

When I arrived I hated the small, ground floor, windowless room I was given but I complained and was given a nore spacious room the room was more than adequate for my needs. Front desk staff very helpful. It would have been nice to be able to take your own coffee and juice at breakfast but had to get your food and eat hslf of it before someone briught beverages. The room itself was nice.

One of the best hotels in Istanbul. Near the Galata tower and can’t say enough about the location. I’ll definitely stay here again And highly recommend it. Don’t miss the Galataport which is walking distance, Namli for food and Kosgeroglu For Baklava

I asked for a bosphoro night cruise and they told me I could pay with a credit card at the ship. At the ship they did not accept credit cards and the one in charge was drunk, didn't understand english and it was very difficult for us. Not nice way to treat guests

We would like to inform you that the Bosphorus Cruise accepts payment via card and cash but there was a problem with your payment which could be because of your bank as our guests always pay them via card without any problem. On the same night, we had two more guests who went on the same cruise and they all paid via card. We took action about your complaint that you mentioned their employee was drunk to the company. We wish you were mentioned about your experience of your stay too. Reading that you neglected the hotel services and prioritized the cruise experience which was not even hotel-provided service during your whole stay made us sad. This was the third time we stayed in this hotel. We love it! The location is perfect, the room is super comfortable and beautiful and all the facilities are wonderful especially the rooftop bar and views. Since it was both our birthdays we received a very warm greetings and treats. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality! We will surely come again!.

Perfect boutique hotel
From check in to check out the staff went above and beyond their duty. Our stay at the hotel was incredible. Chocolates and other gifts waiting for us in our room for us to enjoy, complimentary water delivered every morning and more chocolate on the weekend. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and she was surprised with a delicious cake. All the staff from customer advisor to porter were all very attentive and extremely polite, always delivering a service with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is extremely comfortable and very stylish. The roof top bar is beautiful and defo worth a visit. The location is perfect within 10 mins walk to local restaurants and 30 mins walk to the grand bazzar. Thanks for making my wife's birthday and our first trip to Istanbul memorable.
