prime location, tranquil ambiance, and exceptional staff The hotel's location is nothing short of perfect! It is just off Istiklal Street and within walking distance from the key attractions yet offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of the city. The staff was not just friendly; they were incredibly helpful and accommodating whether it was assisting with travel arrangements, providing local recommendations, or promptly addressing any requests I had.

Nicely renewed hotel, beautiful decoration and furniture, comfortable bed and marble bathroom with efficient shower. Staff available 24H/7 and very kind and helpful. Difficult to access by taxi not possible to stop in the street but only around the corner

We arrived in the afternoon and two rooms were good, but the third room was not the same. We ordered a presidential room and were given a standard room. We spent an hour trying to prove it, but we never got it.

One of the worst experience, hotels, very dirty, dirty, very rude stuff. The room look nothing like a picture fraud.

Una volta entrati si trova un ambiente molto originale. Arredato con gusto e piacevole, così come la stanza, ampia pulita e affascinante. Peccato solo che l'ingresso dell'hotel sia in una brutta via, ai bordi di un sottopasso.
