Wonderful terrance - but menu card very simple - too less meny. Kitchen must be same as main restaurant so why not offer same meny card. Wishing more pasta menu. Fitness center - nice - but TV is not working on all maschines - and there is only 1 x TV in complete fitness center - this is not satisfied. Hotel nice room - but very old fashion - but now they is going to renovate Perfect place. Very nice staff.

Perhaps best service in the world
I had a technical issue with my roon and I got a new room immediately. The hotel could use a little updating, the rooms are a bit tired. BUT the pool areas and general hotel areas are great. But the main attraction is the service. Not sure I ever had such an amazing serive before. And I have 60-70 travel days a year.

Ikke pengene værd
Meget slidt hotel og ikke som et som et 5 stjernet hotel burde være. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand til Taksim pladsen hvilket var fint. Morgenmaden var direkte elendig og ikke værd at sætte tænderne i. Tjenerne var venlige men vanvittige dårlige til engelsk, så der var en del kommunikationsproblemer ifht det vi bestilte. Vi måtte til sidst bruge google translate så vi forstod hinanden. Alt for dyrt ifht hvad man får.

Vi fik et værelse som ikke barn blandt de billige. med udsigten mod Bosphorus. værelset var desværre lige når man kom ud fra elevatoren hvor man kunne opholde sig, det gav ofte støj. værelset bør møbel opgraderes hvis de skal leve op til navnet. der er lidt for meget 90’er over det, og virker slidt.

Spacious rooms
The rooms are very spacious and the balcony had an amazing view. Everything was great from the staff to the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
