Very dirty. The rooms are nowhere near the standards dispayed in the pictures. Worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. The staff are really polite, unfortunately that doesn't make up for the feeling of being ripped off. The Glen Mhor could be a real gem, but it seems poorly run.

The stay was comfortable, room was fine but a bit of an old building. Nothing that interfered with a nice cosy stay though.

Good hotel with fine location
A good hotel with a great location near the center of town and with a fine view of the River Ness. Rooms and breakfast are fine. The restaurants are ok but there a better in walking distance of the hotel.

Vi havde et 4 dags ophold ink morgenmad.. Vi var stærkt tilfreds. Service var i top, personalet var super venlige og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, der var noget for alle. Vi prøvede også deres restaurante, som også kun kan omtales positivt.

What a beautiful hotel right on the River Ness. The view from our room was beautiful, and we were less than a 10 min walk from an incredible local restaurant bar. Highly recommend you stay at the Glen Mhor!

Like: Location is excelent, very quiet and with a view to the river. Restaurant is also good. Dislike: Service is almost non existant. We had to walk to our room under the heavy rain carrying our own luggage. Room had a leak, bathroom cleaning was poor. Reception was indifferent.

Very nice place to stay if you want walkable and good dining and drinking options on property. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was okay and the room was a little run down but clean and comfortable.

An adorable property with comfortable rooms, a beautiful location, and plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. Parking was a little limited, however considering its location we were glad there was any at all!

We loved our stay! The room felt more like home than a hotel; it was spacious and comfortable, and there were all the amenities we expected. The water pressure was good, and it was so nice to have our morning coffee looking out over the river. The staff were very helpful and accommodating (laundry on short notice, and a cot for our toddler), and the restaurant was excellent. I'd happily come back to Inverness just to stay here again!

This was our third time at Glen Mhor so needless to say we enjoy staying at this hotel. Brought five friends this time who enjoyed it too. Delighted to see the renovations; rooms and bar/ dining areas modernized but retaining comfortable elegance. What brings us back: the large comfortable rooms; the in house dining; location and views on the river; easy parking; and walking to high street. On the downside: No elevators to easily reach higher floors so either request a lower room or ask for help with your luggage. The receptionist on checkin didn’t offer help but someone later told us we should have asked, so we struggled needlessly.

2nd time staying at Glenn Mhor. It is a quiet and convenient hotel, away from the restaurants and pubs. There was no hot water in the morning we left, but it was understandable as I work in a hotel

The hotel is beautiful with a lot of character! The staff were ALL friendly, welcoming and helpful. The area in which the hotel is located is gorgeous. The restaurant has vegetarian options (which are delicious). I would highly recommend staying at this inviting hotel.

Beautiful stay on the River Ness
The hotel property is lovely. The distillery and brewery/tap room are top notch. Definitely recommend taking a tour. The on site restaurant had a lovely Sunday roast. The entire facility is licated on the banks of the River Ness with beautiful views!!

Moved due to leak in room to a superior room which was average at best. Bed mattress tired. Chest of drawers fell out when opening. Toilet seat loose
