Great hotel but staff lacking
Really nice hotel and very comfortable rooms. Great facilities in the hotel, great views towards the city and the mountains, excellent breakfast buffet. Our German Shepard was welcome. No nonsense about weight of animal, huge charge or special *Animal friendly rooms". The only drawback, in our opinion, is the hotel staff. They were all barely friendly, not welcoming at all.

Godt hotel
Pænt og moderne værelse. Desværre var sovesofaen vores barnebarn skulle sove på, temmelig ringe. Fjedrene i madrassen var meget ubehagelige, så vi lagde topmadrassen fra den ene af de andre senge ovenpå. Vi burde selvfølgelig har klaget vires nød i receptionen, men barnet trængte til søvn.

Fint hotel
Super fint hotel tæt på den gamle del af byen. Rummene er fine og nye. Der er rent og personalet er venligt. Kom dog i god tid til morgenmad. Vi var 6 personer og der var ikke bord til os kl 8.30.

Mere til business end familie
Vi er familie på fire og måtte tage to separate værelser. Vi fik på stedet at vide at det var mere et business hotel. Værelserne var store og fine, dog en ret hård belysning, der gjorde det mindre hyggeligt. Morgenmaden var fin. Ved at oplyse børnenes alder fik vi halv pris på morgenmad til dem (15/ 7,50 euro). Området er ikke så inspirerende, men det var let at parkere ( gratis) på gaden.

Ideelt hotel til sightseeing
Beliggenheden er ideel til et par dages sightseeing i Innsbruck. Hotellet ligger tæt på den gamle by og lige ved floden. Innsbruck er en spændende by både med mere traditionelle seværdigheder og en fantastisk natur, som nemt nås med bjergbaner. Det kan varmt anbefales at købe et Innsbruckkort, som giver gratis adgang til transport og museer.

Ok hotel....
We did'nt have the best start. Trying to drive the hotel but all Streets around the hotel were blocked by the polices because a prof. cyclingrace wish we were tolled by the receptionist when calling the hotel. She suggested we were parking the car somewhere as she did'nt know for how long the race was on. Arriving 20-30 min. Walking to the hotel the race was finish. They Should have informed there guest about this. The room is basic and the fitness facilities the same - only few machines and the wellness arena dos'nt open before 4 pm. Hotels Locations is very good for sightseeing. Breakfast is very Nice with huge selections . We had dinner one night and the food and service were excellent.

Hotellet havde givet mit værelse til en anden!
En rigtig fårlig oplevelse: da jeg ankom havde hotellet givet mit værelse til en anden. Så blev jeg ombooket til et hotel som lå meget længere væk fra det sted jeg skulle på konference, og jeg måtte desuden betale i dyre domme for en masse taxaer til og fra det nye hotel, hvilket var meget tidskrævende og besværligt.

flot nyt hotel
Hotellet er flot og nyt, ligger ca 15 min gang fra den gamle by med restauranter. Parkering under hotellet koster ekstra men det er gratis hvis man kan finde parkering på gaden ved siden af hotellet. Der er en gæstecomputer i lobbyen men ingen wi-fi dog internet kabel på værelset. alt i alt rigtigt godt og lækkert.

So close to old town easy walk, has nice gardens nearby no doubt comfortable area. Would Highly recommend this Hotel with a magnificent view of the mountains. This is my 3rd time in Innsbruck & such a beautiful City, so I suggest spend a little more money & enjoy!

Me quedé dos días y no obtuve el servicio de limpieza en la habitación. Me quejé por la tarde y sólo me dieron cuatro toallas y un toallon e hicieron la cama El deayuno fue escaso ya que a las 10 am ya no quedaba casi nada y no repusieron, cuando el horario es hasta las 11 am Falta de ameneties

Although we are expedia gold members, not only have we not been upgraded, but instead of double bed we got a room with two single bed and they said the hotel is fully booked and they can't change it. Also, the dining room was dirty and the walls in the room were old with stains.

Wonderful stay
Stayed here for a few nights, so I was able to get a couple of days skiing in with some friends. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Hotel was clean and we had a lovely view of the mountains. Just outside was a bus stop that took you straight to the glacier! That was really handy for some decent snow and getting that skiing fix! Great location, probably only a ten minute walk to get into town. Zoo really easy to access and the top of Nordkette.

Large room in a quiet area close to everything. Nice desk for qprking and plenty of available powerpoints. A short walk to the old town and innsbruck Messe station. I had a wonderful view from my room.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber und guter Schlafkomfort. Sehr nette und kompetent geführte Bar. Gutes, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Parkplatz extra zu bezahlen. Wellnessbereich hat super grossen Ruhebereich. Ja und insbesondere ist die gute Lage hervorragend.

Our stay here was AMAZING! Walkable to the main Innsbruck area and we felt safe as two American girls wandering the streets :) There was a sauna at the hotel too which we made sure to use since we visited in cold January! Highly recommend
