"Everything seemed to be going really smoothly, including the check-in. Upon arriving at the unit rental, D we found the conditions of the unit D unacceptable. The kitchen was filthy with crumbs, dirty coffee, pot, dirty dishes in the cabinets. The outside of the refrigerator door was dirty with smudges and sticky substance poured down the front. "Place is super cute but the dishwasher was leaking when we walked in. Called Rob and he accommodati g but they sent someone at 7:45 the next morning and we were sleeping; so they just ended up turning it off later that day but it kept leaking . Hot tub was a little dirty and barely warm"
