"I chose the hotel based on a YouTuber, and it was ok/nice, but using hotels way more than 150 nights per year, you start valuing differently. How cozy is a room, how fast is the internet, how great is the temp and water pressure in your shower, and how is breakfast? Puerto Vallarta is a tourist trap, and the competition sets the standard - too expensive for too little, and well, breakfast - I don't know, I am maybe just longing too much for home right now :-) But not bad, for the record!"

"I don’t have much positive to say about this hotel. Food has no flavor and their mixed drinks are undrinkable. On top, I got food poisoned after having my first dinner at the hotel. I spent the next day in bed and when we told the staff, they just replied that can happen and didn’t offer any assistance for medication etc.
the staff seems not happy to work there, as they were not smiling and didn’t greet the guests.
We decided to check out three days before our reservation ended. This is the...

"Excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and several great Taqueria’s were located within a block of the hotel. This is located in the romantic zone, which is pretty central to taking Ubers to get around and see the sites.
My prices to the staff for their energetic efforts and preparing the hotel for the coming hurricane. Very exciting. Would stay here again."
