Summary:
This is a HUGE 4300 sq ft house next to Sand Hollow Reservoir, Sand Dunes, and Golf Course. You can't ask for a better gathering place for large groups. 5 Ensuite bedrooms (4 King Beds and 1 Queen bed). Huge bunk room with 12 Queen bunk beds and lots of room to play, along with two adjoining bathrooms. A private courtyard and rooftop deck. Community pool with splash pad within walking distance and lap pool, along with Pickle-ball courts directly in front of the house!

We offer keyless entry for your convenience. On the main floor, we have a Family Room and Master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. The family room has accordion-style glass doors open to the considerable courtyard, expanding your living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and has a large table, three small counter-height tables, and a large island. The courtyard offers more seating and an outdoor ping-pong table. It is accessed through the kitchen or family room. Upstairs, you can enjoy another small gathering area with a TV, foosball, and four more bedrooms with their bathrooms. At the end of the hall is access to our rooftop deck and our huge bunk room with 12 queen bunks, bean bags, a TV, two bathrooms, and a loft. There is plenty of sleeping space and space to play. You can enjoy the views and a table meal on the rooftop deck. This home has many gathering areas and ample space to fit your large group.

Lovely condo units

The condos themselves are very nice. Clean, comfortable beds. We had no issues other than the fact that we could not get into the second condo due to the code would not work which took away about an hour of us being able to check in. The air conditioning unit upstairs would not shut off and this was very cold on the top floor. We contacted Susan who was amazing and had someone come out Unfortunately they were slammed I'm sure due to the Heat and they did not get there to almost 9:00 that evening. It was still unable to be fixed however they were able to dismantle it so the cold air wasn't blowing all the time. The unit was clean, comfortable and other than a few hiccups with maintenance situations (which was a situation that nobody could control) it was a perfect fit for our board retreat. They handled the issues professionally and were very nice with each contact we had to make. I would absolutely recommend this property.

A great place for our family reunion!

Kitchen was stocked well with dishes and such, and having two refrigerators and freezers was perfect. All the spaces were clean. Pool conveniently a block away, pickleball courts located out the front door, Sand Hollow just a five minute drive up the road, and Walmart just 10 minutes away, it was a great location. Our limited complaints would be that it was hot in the house, especially upstairs in the bunk room; and limited garbage can space made it difficult to find places to take our garbage once the bins were full. Suggestions: find a spot to put a small half bath in on the main level. Our big family enjoyed our time. Thank you.

Zion and Bryce condo

Overall, this is a nice place. The neighborhood seems to just be rentals and its pool and hottub are great as well as the pickleball courts (which are lighted.) The location is close to interstate and Walmart. St. George is a quick drive for more restaurant and shopping choices. Plenty of instacart stores also deliver. The house is big--the bunk room enormous if you have lots of kids--with 2 baths there. Each room has it's own bath. The kitchen is big with lots of seating for meals and games. The sectional downstairs is HUGE and comfy. Good location if going to Zion and Bryce while there. Here are a few things that didn't go well. First, know this is not 20 minutes (as listed) from the park entrance...it is 40 minutes to Zion park entrance. We were told to pack our own beach towels bc they were not provided. This takes up a lot of packing space--then we arrived and there were like 40 beach towels in the laundry room. The laundry room smells musty and our clothes washed in it now smell musty...we asked for this to be addressed when we first arrived and it was not until our last day...and still not satisfactorily. The house sleeps 34 but there are only 7 coffee mugs. The 2 fry pans were shot and we asked for a new one and did get a new set of pots and pans but several days later. There seems to be only 1 AC unit for the whole place. I imagine the summer will be hot. They do have fans in a closet.
