Loved the suite style accomodations. The friendly but unobtrusive hosts were always available to help or explain things and told us where to find dining nearby - within easy walking distance, and interesting facts about the town's development. "We had a very pleasant stay in Kingston. This guest house has great location less than mile from the historic district. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It might have been my error, but I did not realize that the bathroom was on the first floor and the bedroom was on the second floor. We are seniors who occasionally get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, so having to go down the stairs was inconvenient."

"The cottage was clean and bright. The location was convenient to many interesting towns and attractions and was in a safe and quiet area. The bonus was the sauna that was also very clean and enjoyed by both of us. This was not a 5 star hotel but a perfect place for us to celebrate our 40th Anniversary without the disturbances typically associated with a hotel. THANK YOU!!"

"My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....
