"I checked in on April 30th Thurday afternoon. It is their policy that after a two night stay you receive listed housekeeping services which include towels. I csm back to the hotel Saturday evening no housekeeping service. I called the lobby and let them know no one tended to the room. I requested towels that night, nothing! I called again Sundsy Morning and the person I talked with brought them up. When I checked out trash cans were full and no amenities were replaced."

"The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges. "The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through...
