"Nice and clean everything good condition"

"I chose the hotel based on a YouTuber, and it was ok/nice, but using hotels way more than 150 nights per year, you start valuing differently. How cozy is a room, how fast is the internet, how great is the temp and water pressure in your shower, and how is breakfast? Puerto Vallarta is a tourist trap, and the competition sets the standard - too expensive for too little, and well, breakfast - I don't know, I am maybe just longing too much for home right now :-) But not bad, for the record!"

"Excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and several great Taqueria’s were located within a block of the hotel. This is located in the romantic zone, which is pretty central to taking Ubers to get around and see the sites. My prices to the staff for their energetic efforts and preparing the hotel for the coming hurricane. Very exciting. Would stay here again."

"Buena opción"

"**Good food, but not the boutique escape it claims to be** The constant harassment for tips from the staff is infuriating. An all inclusive is meant to be no fuss and no bills. This is not that. I've just spent a stay at Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway in Puerto Vallarta, and while there are some genuine highlights, I left with a long list of frustrations. **The good:** The food across the restaurants is good, and La Perla and Elena 1927 deserve particular praise. The service...

"Floor dirty from day 1 to day 6 Breakfast 300 peso, not 12 dollars No window to open Obvious water damage to our floors, bottom of closet door, rust on metal door stopper Rooms are spacious and location is fine. Price is ok compared to other places "

"Excelente servicio"

"The staff and entertainment was amazing. The front desk people were nice. The concierge was very welcoming and I truly enjoyed our stay."

"This is our seconded time back and it’s absolutely beautiful. Except we stayed on a lower floor 7 instead of 9 the penthouse. And the difference in being maintained and updated is huge, and bathroom in the room was not updated either."

"The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"la comida y bebidas son lo mejor"

"I don’t have much positive to say about this hotel. Food has no flavor and their mixed drinks are undrinkable. On top, I got food poisoned after having my first dinner at the hotel. I spent the next day in bed and when we told the staff, they just replied that can happen and didn’t offer any assistance for medication etc. the staff seems not happy to work there, as they were not smiling and didn’t greet the guests. We decided to check out three days before our reservation ended. This is the...
