"I had a great room on the 4th floor with a panoramic beach view. The rooftop pool and bar were a delight, everything was kept neat and clean and the staff were always helpful and prompt. Misael, the usual front desk man, was great!"

In particular the2 females with glasses .when I landed from Canada I was so hot with heat exhaustion- I literally begged for a water and was told “ this is not all inclusive go down the street and get one !!!” I’m allergic to feathers and even though they speak English just fine they REFUSED to give me other pillows !!! Fridge was not working —- was promised a beutiful view —- room had no balcony and overlooked dirt and overgrown weeds . About...

Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. "I don’t have much positive to say about this hotel. Food has no flavor and their mixed drinks are undrinkable. On top, I got food poisoned after having my first dinner at the hotel. I spent the next day in bed and when we told the staff, they just replied that can happen and didn’t offer any assistance for medication etc. the staff seems not happy to work there, as they were not smiling and didn’t greet the guests. "Club Regina is a very nice resort. My room was clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained, staff professional and greeted us when arrived. The food was delicious. This was my second visit to the property and will return again."

"It is close to the center of town. It is always a good experience- have been there multiple times and always plan for the next visit. It is an older property but most units are updated. It is a great value."
