Come and relax at the lovely coastal retreat called The Beachwalk! This stylish Low Country 2 bed, 2 bath Villa is located in Shipyard and is the closest complex to the Beach Club & all the amenities the resort has to offer. Walk or ride your bikes to the beach, Van de Meer Tennis, or the Sonesta Hotel. Adventure out, by car or bike and explore the south end (Coligny Beach area) and Shelter Cove where you will find fun restaurants and endless shopping.
You will enjoy every thoughtful detail of The Beachwalk from the pretty décor to the calming colors. The one level, open concept living/ dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Dine inside or out on the elevated deck overlooking the lagoon and tree tops. A large, well equipped kitchen with counter seating offers the perfect spot for cooking when not out experiencing the Island's fantastic cuisine. Both bedrooms are spacious and inviting. The master suite has a king bed with private bath. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds offering plenty of space for additional guests.

Whether it is a family vacation, a golf or tennis getaway or an event at the nearby Sonesta, The Beachwalk is the perfect spot to call your vacation home and will have you returning year after year!

All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your favorite beach and pool towels.

A starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion can be found in each bathroom. In addition, we include a starter kit with laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and sponge for the kitchen. If you are staying for more than a few days you will need more of these items.

One Shipyard parking pass is included in your reservation and an additional parking pass may be purchased in advance for $35.00. One Beach Parking pass provided (April 15th-September 15th) per reservation. The Beach Club and Beach are minutes away. The Beach Parking pass provides for one parking space at one of the Beach Club parking areas and a free trolley to take you to the beach.

POOL:This property is approx. 150 yards to the pool. **Please note, this pool is NOT heated.

SHIPYARD is on over 800 acres and is located on the south end of Hilton Head Island. The recreational facilities include 27 holes of Golf and 20 Tennis Courts, Jogging and Biking trails, Health Spa and the beautiful Beach!

Van Der Meer Tennis- Named as one of the top 50 US Tennis Resorts by Tennis Magazine. Van Der Meer Tennis, conveniently located in Shipyard offers clinics and daily programs for all ages and hosts many tournaments annually.

Shipyard Golf-Nestled within Hilton Head’s natural setting of majestic Carolina pine trees, flowering magnolias and moss draped oaks, Shipyard Golf Club’s 27-holes offer some of the most spectacular golf views imaginable. Two of the three inter-connecting nines are combined for a unique 18-hole round. Felt Like Home

This unit was extremely comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There were amenities provided that consider people can't bring everything when they travel--extra hangers, comfy throw blankets, iron/ironing board, and access to a vacuum. (We had an extended stay so we appreciated being able to easily clean up.) The location is quiet and about .4 mile walk to the beach. The management company (itrip) provided incredible, prompt service to answer questions and to replace a smoke alarm battery. Our stay was exactly what we needed--a relaxing vacation in a friendly location with the comforts of home.

Great stay

This was our second time at this condo. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The walk to the beach and pool is easy. We had an issue with the dishwasher leaking but it was handled right away without issue. We will always look here first when we come back to Hilton Head.

Very clean and maintained

It was about 1/2 mile to beach, but scenery was beautiful so I didn’t mind it. Clean floors which is a must. The only negative is trash location needs to be redesigned. Concept of trash disposal very much blended in with landscape, but design needs some work. Overall - great property!!!

Cozy paradise

We had such an amazing time staying here! We enjoyed walking to the beach (down the road!), even walking to the pool! Check in was smooth and easy. Everything was beautiful and well detailed. ZERO complaints, definitelt saving this one! BONUS: Not too far from harbour town, horseback riding etc. Very close to yummy restaurants such as Cowboy brazilian steakhouse. Plenty of bike paths/walking paths.

Hilton Head family getaway

Property was as listed. Convenient location with easy access to pool and beach. Good location for restaurants and shopping too. Easy to rent beach umbrella and chairs on the beach. Villa provides some beach equipment and chairs too, though we didn’t need them. Walkways for running, biking and walking were great. No fitness center, in case that matters to you, but wasn’t needed due to the walkways. Villa was nice, clean and had everything we needed. Nicely stocked kitchen. Office staff was easy to communicate with and informative. We had a nice family getaway.

Great space

This was our first family trip to Hilton Head and it did not disappoint. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location with easy access to the beach and pool. Very pleased and would definitely try to use this place again.

The property is centrally located. It was nice to drop off family at the beach access and park near there although parking is limited. Enjoyed our stay. The property provided everything we needed for a smooth stay.

Great family Villa

The villa at Beachwalk was clean and everything looked new. The heated bathroom floors were a nice added touch. The location of the property is close to restaurants and stores. The villa is a 10 min walk to the beach, and less than 5 min walk to the pool. Great bike trail along the property. Plenty to do. My only minus was not being able to check in until 5p, but we were still able to hit the beach that first day. We enjoyed it!

Family vacation

Property as accurately listed. Very clean and comfortable for our family vacation with two adult children. Kitchen was adequately stocked with pots/pans utensils for cooking/grilling some easy meals. Convenient location to access the beach (1/4 mile walk or bike ride). Property Location on the island is great as well. Close to many great restaurants and shops.

Lovely

This condo was lovely. It was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The setting of the unit feels like you are in the middle of nature. You are a short walk to the beach. I walked every day to the beach and then on the beach to get my coffee in Coligny. The unit had everything one would need or want. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!!

Our Favorite Place

We had a wonderful stay! This was probably one of the best properties we have ever stayed! It was super clean and it had everything we needed. There was also plenty of room for us to spread out, and the closet, drawer and cabinet space was much more than we expected. The walking paths were gorgeous and the beach was beautiful. We miss it already!

Locked out twice

Code to get in on first day did not work. It caused issues in our plans to meet others on the island. The next day there was another issue with the code as we were locked out. Fortunately communication with the Owner was successful in giving us a new code. We were pleased with the property, but two issues should not have happened.

Beautiful condo for our getaway

The condo was very clean, updated, and was exactly what we were looking for during our time in Hilton Head. We had a wedding at the Sonesta which is across the street, so it was great to be able to walk to and from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved Beachwalk 177

Beachwalk 177 met every expectation for us. The condo was bright and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and we loved the open feel to the living room. Bathrooms were updated and we loved the heated floors. Bedrooms were nicely decorated. Overall we loved staying at Beachwalk.

Updated condo, lovely as advertised

We have stayed in HHI annually for over 25 years. We like to try a variety of condos/houses close to the beach. This condo is one of the nicest in which we have stayed. The interior of the unit is very, very modern with all the amenities one would need. The beach parking is convenient. Only issue is that this condo association is over 40yo and exterior showing signs of its age. However that would not keep us from choosing Beachwalk in the future.

Nicely renovated/convenient location

Overall our stay was perfect with a few minor issues that were promptly taken care of by the property manager. The unit was very nicely renovated with good accommodations and convenience to the beach and pool.

Complain of insects bites

Dear Customer Services: This is Bin Sun and I booked Hilton Head Island vacation through Vrbo and stayed at Beachwalk #177 from 5/26-5/30. I need to complain the potential health problems due to the insect bites happened in this vacation home. 1. Insect bites: We have 4 people in the group and 3 out of 4 guests got insect bites every night. These bites were happened during midnight on the beds. They are small red and very itchy bumps all over our body (20 to 30 bites on each of us), back, thigh, arm pit, chest, legs and foot……We even washed and cleaned all the linens, used insects off spring on our bed sheet, and still cannot not prevent further biting at the nights. These extremely itchy bites bother us all the trip, we did not sleep well for four days stay. and we had to buy Cortisone cream to stop the itchy, and some bites already showing the infection signs. These basically ruined our dream holiday at Hilton Head Island. Attached please find the bites pictures from three girls stayed in the unit #177. 2. Roaches in the unit: Caught a roach in master bathroom, photo attached 3. Owner response not acceptable: We did contact the owner through the instruction binder in the unit, unfortunately it only goes to the owner, not the iTrip service team. The owner responded with “no bedbugs in rooms (checked)”, “clean linen will be next day”, and “stay or leave”. He even hung up our phone calls. This could be some other insects such as flea, if not bed bugs……With these annoying bites happened on site we cannot just book a hotel on the same day in memorial Day weekend, then we have to stay even we know the insect bites will be continuing. 4. Room service is not ideal: wifi internet only worked for 2 days. The code for the door is not valid on early morning 5/30/2022. Two girls went out to see the sunrise on shipyard beach and cannot get back in room……Won’t the code should expire after 10:00 am on 5/30/2022? 5. The owner should do pest control every month. The last pest control was 4/1/2022 for this unit. The pest control log is attached. We are very sorry to stay in this Beachwalk “luxury condo” although it looks very clean and luxury. With insect biting every day, roaches, wifi cut off and the early door code expiration, we wouldn’t recommend to anyone in future. We will continue our complaint until we solve this issue. We may file complaint everywhere if possible. We demand refund on this property stay. We also suggest “No pets” policy
