Welcome to CAROLINA BREEZE, a refreshingly designed Vacation Ready Services condo located at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort! Located on the 3rd floor of Tennis Villa A, this 2 bed & 2 bath retreat is the perfect location for the whole family. No expense was spared when renovating this property. The bedroom suite includes a relaxing bed, flat screen Smart TV, and chic decor. Need room to squeeze in more guests? Take advantage of the sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathrooms are spacious and make it easy to wash off the sand from your day at the beach. The kitchen has all full sized appliances that include a dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, and sink. The kitchen is open to a beautifully designed living room with another Smart TV as well as cable. Step out in the morning to the serene lagoon facing 3rd floor balcony. You’ll love to have coffee in the morning and listen to the wildlife. While you are here, you'll have private WiFi and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable - including starter supplies such as dish soap/detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and bathing towels for your convenience. We provide enough bathing towels for each guest during your stay. Please do not use these on the beach! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. You will have to go to the convention center (the building to the left as you enter the resort) and purchase a money card for the laundry area. Each load of laundry will cost $3.00.

The resort itself is also packed with amenities: For those who love staying active, there are lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, bike rentals, and the largest pool on Hilton Head Island! There is also another pool near Admiral's Row. After a day of fun in the sun, you can grill up a feast at the designated grilling area. Jamaica Joez is one of the most popular tiki bars on the island and is unmatched during the warmer months! With a full menu to an extensive drink menu, Jamaica Joez is an absolute hit. It is also located right next to the pool as well as the private boardwalk to Folly Field Beach! Beach gear is also provided!

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

This resort has a strict NO PETS policy. This condo is NON-SMOKING or VAPING and it is prohibited at the resort.

Overall great stay. Clean unit. Kitchen had just about everything we needed during our stay. We drove to the pool/beach walk each day, but could have walked if needed. Never an issue finding parking. Only recommendations would be a fan on the balcony and maybe a removable shower head in one of the tubs for those trying to wash small children’s hair etc.

Very clean, well-appointed 2-bedroom with balcony. Our family enjoyed the location within walking distance to the beach and pool. The cart, beach toys, and 2 beach chairs were very much appreciated. Thank you. We loved it!

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Hilton Head. Plenty of beach supplies too! It was quite and we had a relaxing time. The beach was great and we weren't crowded and in top of others. Having an afternoon cocktail from the bar near the pool was nice as well.

Great condo!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was very clean and spacious! It was very close to the beach and there were plenty of beach boys if you have children. The unit was a short walk to the playground. This is our 5th year staying at this resort and we hope to stay at this unit again next year. Brenda is wonderful and very helpful.

Clean and cozy; great place for families

Nicely decorated, quiet, clean and cozy condo. Photos make it look bigger than it is. Resort pool is large and property is well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed. Sofa bed is a little worn out and I had trouble with wifi, but that was easily fixed. This unit is the farthest away from the beach, on the third floor, without a elevator. We got our steps in :) Balcony has a nice view of the pond. Great location in the center of the island and close to the bike paths. We will stay here again!

Good Family Vacation

Overall this is a good unit with everything you need to have a nice family vacation. Surrounding area is very nice and the beach is a 10 minute walk through the complex… but there was plenty of parking to just take the kids in the van and walk right on to the board walk. It was too cold for the pool, but it was a very nice pool. A couple of items I overlooked on the listing that would probably have me pick another place next time were that there is no washer and dryer inside the unit and it is on the third floor without an elevator. Not a huge deal, I just overlooked it on the listing. May not be a big deal at all to others, but with kids we are generally washing a lot of clothes on vacation, so that would be nice. Overall a great place and very clean.

Great stay

We were very pleased with this condo and had a great vacation! Our family stays here every year and we love it! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans, which is really helpful for cooking! The things was that could have improved our stay was more towels and to fix the sink (leaking w/low pressure).

Resort family vacation

We loved the place! Clean, updated, fit our family of 6 just fine. We didn’t realize how nice it would be to have access to the resort where the property is. We used the pool, tennis courts, restaurant (saw live gators!), and especially the beach access. They also had events each day at the resort such as movie night at the pool and an educational hour over sea turtles! It is close to shopping and walking distance to two restaurants, we even had live music one of the nights. The kitchen was well stocked with many utensils. We did run out of toilet paper but there was 6 of us for a week, so not surprising! The air conditioning worked well and we used the beach cart and toys nearly every day! Would love to come back again someday!

First time visitors

The apartment was very clean and every single thing one could use was provided. The thoughtfulness was outstanding. We have no complaints about any aspect of the apartment. The beach on the other hand was like something I haven’t seen in the US anywhere. The water was so murky we could barely see our hands underwater and the debris from the grass plants lines the shores in not a good way. For as much as I have heard about HH’s beaches being so beautiful, I would now say that it most certainly not true. The experience was overall not bad, the resort has bike rentals and that was probably the best activity. The bike paths connect everything and they are absolutely gorgeous!

Great condo in HH

The property and owners were great. The place was very nice and had little extras like trash bags, salt and pepper, and aluminum foil, etc. that made it especially nice. It was very clean!
