"The staff was absolutely amazing, always a smile and asking if there is anything else that was needed. We were there during an extremely hot week temps were in the 100s all week and our air kept at 68 no problems. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Shuttle made it easy to venture out. Uber was also very easy to get with never more than a 5 minute wait. Highly recommended! "

"I thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. There were many dining options and I loved the adult only pool and jacuzzi. The only complaint is that the jacuzzi was not hot or even warm. It would be nice if the jets were stronger."

The location was a good choice,, the staff was efficient and friendly, the room was basic, but internet was provided, there were snacks in the check-in area, plenty of parking, room was equipped with fresh towels and soaps, clean room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, tv. "We really enjoyed our stay here. 5 people were able to sleep comfortable. They do not clean your room daily but you can get clean towels etc. from front desk. Breakfast was decent, don't expect gourmet when it's free. Price was very good and located in a good place. "

"The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is fine - but there is not so much space to eat for the many people that the hotel can accommodate. I have seen that others have written that towels were missing in the room. We experienced that too. They were removed, and then we had to go down to reception ourselves and get new ones. It wasn't a problem, but we haven't experienced it in a hotel before ;-) There is quite a bit of unrest around the hotel, so if you want a quiet hotel, you probably shouldn't stay here. BUT at the reception was a young man. His name is Jo/Joe and he was absolutely fantastic :-) Sweet and polite with a good sense of humor, happily fetched us towels, reassured us about the impending hurricane and was really good at small talk. The hotel is very lucky that they have him employed. He really is a star :-)"
