The chairs by the pool are so hard to get because so many of them are only for rent, making it difficult for parents with littles to actually be close to their children to keep an eye on them. "Very “adequate”"

"The hotel is close to everything and a great price. We were there in April 2026 and the facility is in the midst of being updated. "

"Breakfast place dirty, chaotic, poor service, fast food-style. Not what I expected for this class of resort, opted to eat outside of the property. My suite was well- appointed, but pull out sofa bed had the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. "

"When I return to HHI, I will select a different hotel. Parking was limited. Room was not as clean as my wife would like. Bring your Lysol wipes. Too many dogs imo. Breakfast is crazy crowded because you enter space in a bottle neck. Two coffee machines(push button automatic) :( to serve too many people. Get your coffee in the lobby-much easier. "Everything was top notch"

"The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean.
