"Comfortable with nice spaces, cool art. Great location in Glendale. I’m a LA native and was easy to get to Hollywood to visit. My only comment on the neg side would be , the place needs a little updating, more comfy bar stools, dishwasher since we cooked in mostly, kitchen well stocked. I was in the main bedroom and there was a bit of noise from the main house in the morning but minimal. I’m just a late sleeper.overall a very nice space with the 2 full baths and separate sleeping space. ...

"The rental was 30 minutes from almost all of our planned excursions, and very close to the Santa Monica Pier and Montana Avenue eateries. Natalie greeted me and my 11 year old child on arrival, settling us in to the very clean and quiet guest house. We used both the king bed and the twin pullout couch bed, and both were comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend making this your LA home base."

"The set-up is no-frills and nice: 2 bedrooms with queens, 1 with bunks and 2 bathrooms. It's a good option for families. The house was clean, well-appointed and as-advertised.
