All in all - good value for money
All in all I would say this hotel was good value for the money. The room was nice however the city view was lacking a lot to be decided. Fresh bottle water and coffee was placed in the room every day. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was very service minded, but maybe not the best to speaking English and If you pay the hotel room with a credit card they put a 3% fee on the total bill.

One of the best
This hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in, in Vietnam. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us a trip to Halong which was fabulous! They really made us feel special and like our honeymoon was important. This hotel was one of the ones that made our honeymoon and experience in Vietnam a positive one.

Best hotel stay!
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Very impressed with everything about the hotel. Every single staff was friendly and helpful. Special mention to Max and Jim who made us feel very comfortable at the hotel! they always made sure we had what we needed and checked if we needed anything more. Breakfast was excellent, especially the pho! We booked the suite and it was spacious and well-designed. Definitely very value for money for the price we paid. Location was great as well. Everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Slidt, fugtigt hotel men venligt personale.
Var noget skuffet over niveauet på Royal Palace. Forstår ikke helt hvordan det har fået de flotte ratings på hotels.com. Vi boede på to andre hoteller i byen der begge var meget bedre og i nogenlunde det samme prisleje. Har set den her udbudt til meget høje priser på hotels og det er den simpelthen ikke værd. Personalet gjorde dog sit for at det blev en god oplevelse men når værelserne er kørt ned og alt virker lidt slidt så er det svært. Morgenmads oplevelsen var også noget beskeden. Det var svært at få plads til hele familien og buffeten var kedelig.

The location of the hotel is good. Our stay in hotel was very comfortable . All the hotel staffs including are very supportive and upgrade the suite room for me. I also booked the tour with hotel which Ms. Jennie which was very good. Overall very good experience with this hotel.

A lovely hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Rooms were a good size, we had a family room for 4 on two levels, and food was really tasty. However, the most stand out was Sulli the Reception staff who were the most helpful I have ever come across.

Very affordable hotel with fantastic staff and brilliant location. Jimmy and Alex were so helpful and friendly, always up for a chat. Very comfortable bed in the bedroom, air con, laundry service and tasty breakfast. Right in the centre of Hanoi old quarter. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I love the hotel's location (walking distance to the cathedral, to Hoan Kiem Lake, to the original Cha Ca la Vong, and to the night market); the staff are the best (Melody and the rest are awesome and super helpful); and the breakfast was adequate. I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hanoi.

I had a lovely stay, enjoying it so much I ended up extending. The staff were incredible and always helpful a shoutout to Jimmy for being a great help always. The room was everything I could ask for after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was set up well and had everything you could want. Finally the location is perfect being located in the hussle and bussle of it all in a busy street there is always something to do or see. I would definitely stay here again :).

This hotel is an excellent choice. Good location and comfortable bed! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr. Jim especially went out of his way everytime to help booking tours, recommending places to eat and fixing a minor problem with the TV. I actually booked another night at this hotel solely because Mr. Jim was so helpful...

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the breakfast is very complete and the place is very clean. I love how friendly the staffs are, especially the receptionist named Sulli. She helped me a lot during the stay. Thank you so much!

Great hotel, super affordable. I love how the staffs and the hotel. Very value for money. Felt very warm and loved by how Jinmy welcome us. Helped us book day tour to Ninh Binh. My friend and I had a really good stay. Will definitely go back.

My husband and I stayed three nights. One of the most welcoming hotels we have ever stayed at. A week before we arrived, the hotel reached out to us to find out if we needed a taxi from the airport and offered discounted rates for tours. We were coming from another part of Vietnam so we did not require the taxi and we had already been on the tours they were offering, so we did not take up the tour offer either; but it was nice to know it was all available to us. The actual hotel is well situated and the rooms and breakfast were fantastic. The staff were attentive and keen to assist. Jenny ‘our’ receptionist (as she was the one who welcomed us on our first day), was super helpful.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful with planning for everything from the Water Puppet show, Ha Long Bay tours, and what to see in Ha Noi. Breakfast was delicious and the location was very close to Hoan Kiem lake, which was convenient. They even were super flexible about adjusting our stay when we missed our flight connection to Ha Noi - I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

The location was perfect for all we wanted to see in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff are just exceptional. They go out of their way to help. We never usually book things through hotels but the staff booked our transfers to Sa Pa for the same price we could book online and even made us a packed lunch! They also kept our bags for the time we were away. The place is clean and has a cute charm. Just loved our time here

I really love this hotel in Hanoi. It has a good location, very close to night market and center. Moreover, surrounding local food is delicious and diverse! The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful ( Jim, Jenny and Sully)
