"Great customer service response"

"A good spacious apartment with easy access for parking, excellent bed, TV and shower. Apartment would really benefit from a freezer section in the fridge, oven (or microwave which you can use as an oven) and more utensils (decent sharp knife, tin opener, kitchen towel, bin bags etc) but overall very good. I've stayed here before in a different, better equipped apartment and would definitely recommend it. Check in is very quick and easy and the parking is super convenient. Thanks for a good stay."

"Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli chaleureusement, le personnel était vraiment sympathique. La chambre était très spacieuse et à un prix très attractif."

"Clean. But very spartan. No mirrors nowhere to hang clothes. No microwave although owner said there was one. No handrail for stairs. Noisy next to pub. Confusing as two other units with better kitchens but website is unclear. No information provided regarding checkout etc"

"Spacious with a lot of potential! In a great location. However, we felt like the owner tried to scam us after our checkout. Charged 170 for cleanup and damages. The cleanup was “crumbs in the bedroom“ and the damage was from a broken knife that was rotted where the knife and handle part met. It broke when I was trying to cut a piece of cake. "Excellent property, beautifully presented, in idyllic setting. Wrongly listed as with kitchen but otherwise first class "

"We did have some checking in issues - we didn’t receive a key box code and had to ring the host at midnight. We found it quite hard to reach the host in the days leading up to the booking."

"The bed was two single beds we didn’t know everytime we moved the bed it will separate, the car parking was shocking too not enough room to park the car nor reverse out, and checking out was early too"

"It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay"

"A fabulous place to stay for exploring Bristol city & area. Great public transport links so car isn’t needed."

"Would glad to come back"

"The apartment was so roomy . Space to park and a great little pub at the end of the road . Nick was an excellent host !"

"We had a lovely stay in this flat, which had a comfortable bed, a good shower, a well provisioned kitchen and a nice view of the marina."

"Ok"
