"The hotel is in the middle of farmland. Close to sites nearby IF you have a car. Bar and restaurant included as well as spa and training possibilities. We didn’t took advantage of that. We ate in the restaurant and the bar. Unfortunately the mrs’s Steak was all most impossible to cut which was a draw back from a pleasant stay. Got compensated with extra wine. Staff very attentive and service minded. Big rooms with lots of light. "

"Lovely clean modern room. Lots of clean fresh towels. Nice thick carpets and so no disturbance from below room.
Large shower area with good water pressure. Sadly it had no shelf to put shampoo and shower gel whilst in there.
Lovely white cotton bedding.
The only minus with the room was that it was very warm, i know its i Wales and not noted for warm weather. A fan in the room would be a good addition just in case any more warm days bless Newport.

"The customer service is extraordinary. We also got lucky and managed to play a twilight round of golf on our arrival evening. I lost my Apple Watch on the course but thanks to the extraordinary assistance from the reprint at the Manor House, the shuttle bus driver and George from the golf shop we managed to get it back before it was dark. The restaurant staff was also exceptional.What a lovely place and lovely people."

Breakfast was busy but well controlled. Just a shame (not the Hotel's problem) that there are no late night public transport options from Cardiff. We went to a concert but had to drive back. "
