"Terrific location, on the beach; handy to downtown Fernandina Beach, Publix, restaurants. Walked the beach daily. Enjoyed the surf and the sound of waves crashing. Shelling was fun.Property was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Owners were easy to work with and helpful."

"4 of us stayed 2 nights on the way to St Augustine. We loved it and wished we had reserved more nights. Fantastic location. Super clean. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. And they had good toilet paper, which seems trivial but shows the detail to making sure your stay is comfortable. We just loved this place!"

"I booked this place for my dad, husband and son for their fishing trip. They didn’t catch as many fish as they hoped but they did bring home a few. They enjoyed their stay and said it was very nice! Hope to be able to stay there again for next trip to Fernandina. Thank you!"

Good hotel with a great location

"The hotels location is definitely it's best asset. It's located right on the beach, which we loved. Great staff and service. The hotel generally feels safe and welcoming. The hotel is dated, and so are the amenities. The mood at the breakfast area was great, and the meal was ok, but we have had better at other budget hotels. The beds we're comfortable and the rooms very clean. Simply furnished, but we liked it. We had a great stay."
