"A great place to stay if wanting to go to a baseball game, a concert, or shop/enjoy nightlife. Less than a 15 min walk to the Battery, and 15 min drive to downtown, easy access off I-75. This was a nice/quiet gated community with safe free parking for your car and highly secure system for protection when entering the condo. Ideal for a single lady who is cautious when traveling alone. The condo was very clean, the bed and bedding were very soft and comfy. Breanna was great host, attentive, and...

"There was no beach view. Actually the living area looked directly onto the walkway so people were constantly walking right in front and looking in. I kept the drapes closed. Unfortunately that gave it a dark feeling. Check in instructions were not correct. Gate was up all the time. No idea where the box with the gate pass was or who to see about it. There is no direction for parking or which section to go up to find the appropriate hallway. It was clean and nice. Kitchen was sparsely supplied....

"The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable. However, there were no kitchen towels or extra covers. It turned cold. There were plenty of extra pillows but no extra pillow covers. It also needed a decor upgrade. We did enjoy our time. We love staying at king and Prince. Thanks!"

"Excellent value for the rental fee. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, nice porch with a view of the pool and a bit of the ocean. Broad beach out front and the onsite restarant - The Deck - was quite good. Others are in easy walking or biking distance. Very pleased."

"The room was nice and comfortable. The only problem we had was the water pressure and shower heads. It took forever to take a shower. You may want to list the type of coffee maker you have in the property. We had to buy both types of coffee to make sure we had some. Small things... It was a nice place. Would reccoment and stay there again. "

No instructions on operating the TV1 Hand towel in the bathroom, no kitchen towel or sponge Shower is difficult to operate. Shower head dribbles water oncem you figure out how to operate."

"We cut our stay short due to the fact that the upstairs neighbors were so loud til 12am. Noise started back up at 6am. Not a relaxing stay."

"The condo was as described. We enjoyed our week in the condo. We were surprised that the building was being painted and that our window was taped over for most of our visit as well as the parking lot beside the building was blocked off because of the painting. All of this was out of the owner’s control, but if we would’ve known we may have stayed elsewhere. The view was a big reason that we selected this condo. "
