"I walked in exhausted there was one person at the check in counter and a line of people. As I was standing there awaiting my turn, I could not help but notice that the person behind the counter. She handled everyone quickly and politely. In spite of a couple of rude customers. As it was my turn I was greeted by Nicole who was professional, polite and helpful. Made my check in super quick.
