"I called ahead to request a pack and play for our small child in our suite for when we arrived since it was going to be late, they said no problem. We asked the front desk if the pack and play is in the room already, they said yes. We got in the room.. and the pack and play was not there.
The TV didn’t work at all. When we told the front desk, he said he was aware and that’s been broken for a while (so why wouldn’t you tell us before checking us in??) and offered to move us to a diff room, but...

"We stopped here to stay for the night since it was halfway to our destination. It was very clean overall and a nice place to stay. Our only issue was that we were charged 3 times for one room and it took a week for us to get our money back. "

"The hotel was great; staff was courteous. Maybe this was just a one off but our room didn’t have sheets available for the sofa bed so I had to come to the lobby to get them. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty (and since they are secured to the wall, could not even put some water on them and shake them) - not a big deal but hopefully a tiny detail they can improve on"
