"They assigned a man my room in the middle of the night and I was staying alone. They said they would comp both nights, but still charged me for one. It could have been very dangerous for me and I think the hotel needs to take accountability for it."

"Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Loved staying there. My only two negatives are the coffee served was very bitter so we went elsewhere every morning and in the evenings they had a DJ playing in the lobby/bar area which has a lot of hard surfaces that made it echo badly.
