"We arrived a couple of hours ahead of checkin and they allowed us to check in early. The room along with the rest of the property was very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot. Breakfast was on par. The location was great being right by the mall it was close to attractions and shopping. All in all a great stay. We will be back. "

"The food at the restaurant inside was good, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, all the staff were nice. The manager came over personally and asked about my stay when I was at the bar. Many holiday parties going on. Perfect location to walk around Grapevine and uber if needed to further locations. "

"Property was nice, room was clean. Shoutout to Leroy the bartender, he took good care of me and my bf when we were there. There was also very nice front desk staff. My only complaint was housekeeping was knocking early like 10am and knocked 2 more times before checkout time at 12pm. That was super annoying. Other than that it was a nice overnight stay close to the airport and mall. "

"I would give this property a 5 star review if the pool were heated. This is an excellent family friendly spot. The room itself was perfect for myself and my two boys. Loads of counter space and room to spread out. The pullout couch and curtain gave them munch needed “space” after a long road trip. The pool area had very cute and comfortable seating areas. I was looking forward to having a paper cup of wine with my friend while the kids played in the pool, but it was too cold. Overall, we will...
