"Great 1- night stay"

"Everything was great!!"

"Jack, the young man who did the valet parking for me, was awesome. I give him 5 stars."

"Great place to stay. The staff is very friendly. Excellent breakfast."

"Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

"Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view."

"Havde så fin terrasse, hvor vi nød synet af stranden og vandet. Parkering på 2. Sal, næsten ved side af værelset. "

"Great staff, room was clean. Nothing negative to say and would return"

"We spend 5 days here and were very dissapointed. Exstremely dirty. The apartment smelled of a mix of wet dog,old cheese and pee. Floor was so dirty that we kept our shoes on. Linned and madras on beds was full of stains, looked allmost alive. Dresser was almost falling apart. There was trash from previous renter and old coffe and beans with mold in the coffepot, fridge did’nt look like you wanted to keep food in it. We where told it was a smokefree hotel and the only place you where allowed to...

"Just ok."

"Great for a quick weekend "

"This hotel on Expedia was misleading. It said "on the beach", but it was across the street. It also was part of Caravell resorts and that was not mentioned. The picture on Expedia is part of the resort that is on the beach, but the St. John's Inn is a 3 story gray building. The only picture that was correct was the room picture. The room smelled of chlorine or some sort of strong cleaner, had flaking paint on the walls, and the bathroom doorknob was not secure. Stay was acceptable, but...

"The property had great views of the ocean, beautiful sand, and quiet. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. There was dirt on the floors dust on the fans stains on the counter spilt drinks on the wall not wiped down. Windows were not clean just very dirty. Then we did an early check-in when we got there at 2 o’clock, so we would be called was never called. Went there at 3:50 before four and they said it’s four and after to check-in waited till about 5:50 nobody called we call them and they said oh...
