"I stayed at this resort (July 2025), and it was wonderful. I requested a top floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate me last minute. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. "Family friendly hotel and the staff is accommodating, especially Kenyatta at the front desk. Kids loved the short walk to the beach and then afterward the pool and lazy river. The pools were crowded but it's peak season so expected. Room was an ocean- front room with such a beautiful view. We were on the 11th floor. Room service was prompt. "The 2 bed, ocean view condo in the SouthHampton bldg was spacious, clean, great view, easy walk to the beach. Bed was a little firm for my liking & the trucks backing into the loading dock area beeped very loudly very early in the morning. We still loved the place. "
