"Location is very nice and central and price was fine too. But rooms are very small and worn. And there is absolutely no isolation whatsoever. It sounded like the person upstairs was moving around furniture. Great for backpackers and if you are staying up all night anyways but it is really loud when people are drinking outside. "

"Wouldn’t stay again. The first room I got, had a toilet and shower that had a strong smell of urine! The staff was sweet and gave me another room, which was better. With that said, the new room had lamella based beds and the lamella were missing different places. The carpet was not vacuumed, there were old trash in the room, the window did not close, and there were several spiderwebs (I don’t mind spiderwebs, but it’s a part of cleaning to remove such webs in my opinion). "Outstanding in every aspect. We have stayed in top hotels all over the world and this was the best service we have ever received. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. The location is excellent, a quick and easy walk to town. Breakfast and evening drinks and canapes all included are a lovely touch. Extremely clean and comfortable. We will be back. "

"Unfortunately we didn’t make it to Stoneridge as my husband got Covid on the morning we were due to fly to QT. The response we received regarding our booking was sympathetic but unhelpful as it’s premium accommodation we didn’t get to use. Watch out for cancellation policies as everyone on our trip was very accommodating. We won’t try and rebook another time."

"This is a great location in Frankton, quiet, not far from a very busy Queenstown and the views are spectacular from the room. Walking/bike track is excellent. Jean-Pierre the consummate host, nothing too difficult, very generous with his time and advice of what to do, just one of of our best accommodation experiences ever. "We have rented this house for family vacation. It has very nice location, it's clean, spacious and comfortable. Very nice outside deck with comfortable outdoor furniture. The only thing that prevents us from giving 5 stars are the bathrooms - they were OK but could use an update."
