Beautiful and comfortable apartment with terrace in the Carmine district of Genoa, a few steps from Via Garibaldi.

The apartment, located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, has been completely renovated and refurbished with custom-made cabinets to make the most of the space. The open plan living area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a kettle. This room boasts access to the terrace with a dining table where guests can relax and have meals in the open air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both complete with a closet, one featuring a queen-size bed, the other one with a single bed and a desk. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Guests will have free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating. In addition, in the building there is a common laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
