The kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals or warm leftovers - 2 burner cooktop, microwave, small countertop oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The living/dining room has the sleeper sofa, and television and table with bench seating for your dining or playing cards/working a puzzle. There is a second television in the private bedroom, and the shared restroom has a tub/shower combination.
The balcony has a view to the gulf and fishing pier - the perfect spot for your morning coffee or journaling.
We will email you self check-in instructions 24-72 hours in advance including the code to enter the premises. We are a phone call or email away - but for the most part we want our guests to enjoy their stay. Let us know how we can help but otherwise we will leave you alone to relax - you're on vacation!
The Victorian complex staff will greet you at their office upon arrival to verify you are a registered guest and collect the Facilities Access Fee that they charge all guests on property which is $35 per stay up to 14 days or $70 per month - and this fee provides you with up to 6 wristbands that identify you as registered guests on the property - codes to the entry gates both drive through and walk-through, as well as codes to access pools, outdoor restrooms, fitness center - as well as up to 2 parking permits valid for the duration of your stay.
What's included: Bed linens for all beds, bath, hand and wash cloth for each guest that the unit welcomes. We do not provide beach/pool towels and we do ask that ours not be removed from the condo and taken to the beach or pool. They can get damaged or lost.
Starter supplies: 2 rolls of 2-ply, quilted toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a dishwasher tablet, small dishwashing liquid, sponge, 2 small soaps, 2 small shampoos, trash bag, and coffee including sweeteners, stir sticks, powdered creamer to make that first pot. These are not intended to last your entire group through your entire stay - but to get in, get situated and figure out where you will shop for what on the island.
The Victorian complex does not allow renters to have a pet – so if you travel with Fido or Fifi – please check out the other My Galveston Getaway managed properties that ARE dog friendly. While true service animals are an exception – you very well may be asked by the complex to provide the verification. For short term rental/vacation purposes – emotional support animals are not considered true support animals and we are unable to make exceptions to a rule that is in place and enforced by a complex in which we manage condos. Kindly be respectful. All properties managed by My Galveston Getaway are 100% non-smoking/non-vaping properties.

The Victorian Condominium Complex - your new "home away from home" when in Galveston - whether an individual, a couple, a family, a family reunion, class reunion, wedding party ---- we manage a few condos at this complex and others, and we would be honored to be your host! The complex is located on the Seawall Boulevard, across from the beach, has two pools (one heated in the off-season) with seating around the decks, two hot tubs, and picnic tables and BBQ grills for guest use.
