"The hotel does not keep ac on in the rooms or hallways, so even though we had a confirmed reservation they took no time to prepare the room, so we arrived to a very hot room (hotter than outside, over 90) and had to leave the hotel to let it cool down. Bedding stains and hair all over it, so they just handed me another blanket. Pool was closed and seems to be the case all of the time.
