"I want to start by saying I read alot of bad reviews which resulted in expecting a bad experience. I discovered a very pleasant experience in the end I had one issue with my room key which was fixed in like barely 5 min. I did see some wear and tear in the facility like I had read in the reviews but was not substantial enough to warrant a lot of what I read I would definitely stay here again"

"This is a great stay for some weekend fun with with kids. It's clean, staff is super helpful and kind, the themeing is great and the waterpark has a lot to offer. The food is good. It is a bit pricey. On a busy weekend the elevators are slow to use. "

"This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped. They have both soft and firm pillows in the rooms to fit all preferences. The staff was very kind and the location is next to a Culver's and an IHOP. The only issue we had was that the key cards didn't work on the exterior doors. Because of limited parking in the front, it made for a long haul to the room. To be fair, it was obviously a fluke issue. They tried reprogramming our cards but it was apparently a...
