I ended up contacting hotels.com because of the filthy mess that was at this location. The representative had no luck in contacting the owner of the property and was hung up on by staff. I was asked to go up to the front desk with my cell phone and no one was there. I managed to grab a manager and he informed me that he would be unable to refund any portion of my money. He said that the owner conveniently left for the day. while on hold with Hotels.com, the manager took me to a different room that was cleaner, but not what I would expect from a property of yours. I am unable to drive in the dark, so I went ahead and took it. Needless to say, I left at 3:30 this morning because I couldn’t stay any longer. Your staff was wonderful and giving me a partial credit for my inconvenience. I would suggest that you take this property off of your list as there were feces around the toilet, food on the floor, beer bottle, lids on the floor, stains on the lamp, shade and just disgustingly dirty in general! It was ridiculous .
