"Perfect size, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, close to everything we wanted to do, fenced-in backyard that was perfect for our fur-baby. Could have a few things added to the kitchen such as drain rack and pans to cook with in the oven. All in all our stay was great. "

"Nice place conveniently located near attractions and excellent restaurants especially LC BBQ and Niece's Restaurant. We had weak phone signals and couldn't access the wifi but our host quickly answered our phone call and gave us the check in information we needed and tge redt of tge stay was very nice"

"I stayed here with six friends and it was perfect for everything we wanted! If offers plenty of space, is in the perfect location, was extremely clean, and offered a truly unique, amazing experience for a long weekend getaway. The views from the rooftop are unmatched too! I really appreciate the host, he was very communicative and made it a great experience. Highly recommend, I hope to stay here again. "

"This house was fantastic. Ross was very receptive and respisnsive. Our large group of children and adults from Community of Christ delegation enjoyed the family atmosphere. Thank you. Hope we can use it again next conference. Blessings, peace and love we leave with you."

"Our group of ten met for our annual reunion, spending three nights in the Sewille House. It was a great stay—very clean, a perfect size for our group & comfortable. Everything was in good working order & very accommodating. William Bates was attentive & resposive. Would stay again & recommend to others."

"This property was an incredible stay! Mike was more than accommodating and his communication was incredible. We had a group 13 for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was an awesome addition and the outdoor space was so much fun! One day we stayed at the house all day and had a cookout- perfect space for it! Plus, the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful! Everyone person in our group was blown away and wants to book again for their own family!"

"My husband, niece & I were there for a family event. The house is a charming older home. The kitchen is small, but has everything you could possibly need! The stairs to the living room & bedrooms is off the kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. The outside deck with seating area is nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay’"

"Simply fantastic stay. The host (Property manager I think) is very flexible to accomodate our last minute demands. Their welcome packet was really amazing with local beverages (thanks). The house is beautiful. Every room is clean and equipped with all essentials. I think they were recently renovated(better than the picture). "This property is very clean and welcoming. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to dining and shopping. Check in was simple. It was great to have a whole house for our family on this trip so that we had a 'home base' to return to and rest between wedding weekend events."
