"A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor."

"Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. Charlene from the management team was quick to respond to...

"The property was located next to subway stations, food, and groceries. We had to ask for the door codes the day of check in even though we were supposed to receive them after 11 AM. The property was listed as brand new and clean but there were crumbs left on the floor and the eating utensils had residual food on them. We needed to wash them before using."

"Great location, walkable, safe and spacious. Host is very easy and quick to communicate.Communication can be improved on a few areas- no pull out coach as described. Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. However host was very quick to answer & remedy the issue. Lovely stay, would certainly stay again!"

"It’s going to be very difficult (or expensive) to find a stay that tops this place in Manhattan when traveling with family. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop was the perfect retreat at the end of the day. Communication was very quick and they answered all of my issues. This stay is highly recommended. "

"Great location!! Very nice area. Host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Apartment was well stocked - however, 1 bedroom was missing A/C remote. We just used 1 from another room. Some of the towels were new and left black lint all over us, but there were other towels to use. 3rd bathroom is a half bath and I missed that in the description. Also arrived to a wide open window in a bedroom but we figured out how to close it. Overall, we had a lovely stay! "

"I can't say this property was everything I hoped for because it was in fact VERY much more than I had hoped for. When visiting New York I generally stayed out of town maybe 30 or 40 miles away to be at an affordable property. In the future, all my stays will be at properties of this owner, in mid-town Manhattan because it was at least as affordable as the out of town properties and probably even moreso -- and the quality and available options were so much more superior. My thanks to everyone...

"This was the worst VRBO that we have ever stayed at. First, the owners are horrible with communication. Not only did I try multiple times to contact them, VRBO did as well with no response. Somewhere between 12-14 hours before check in they FINALLY sent the check in information.ROOM: It's up a flight of steep stairs that was not mentioned in the description. While the pictures make the apartment look nice, it was far from it. The bathroom had no heat blowing in it and the walls were ice...
