"Well equipped residence with everything you need. Absolutely beautiful view and great pool to enjoy any time of the day/night! Nice and quiet neighbourhood.Denis and Linda are excellent hosts, very accommodating and friendly. Walk down the hill to shops and restaurants is about 7-10 mins and not too hard, take a car if your legs aren't up to walking up big hills. Absolutely loved staying here!"

"Quasi parfait, prestations de belle qualité, réactivité du gestionnaire parce que nous avons subi 2 jours sans eau et sans information de la coupure en amont. Le gestionnaire qui n’en était pas responsable a compensé comme il a pu le désagrément causé en nous livrant de grosses bouteilles d’eau de 5l. Sinon équipement complet, bien entretenu. "

"Wonderful, large house with pier right on lagoon. Loved everything about the home! Easy check in/ check out. Highly recommend. Also, can drink the water from the fridge (filtered) which is very helpful. Very spacious and nice airflow throughout the home. AC in both bedrooms. Coffee provided on arrival as well. Louana, the property manager, is extremely helpful and friendly, than you so much, Louana! We would love to return! Thank you for everything!"

"*Soft Life - the people in the group will know what I mean!!We came to Moorea 10 years ago and have always wanted to go back so this year we did with a group of friends. Because there were 11 of us, it wasn’t easy to find a house that would accommodate us all but by some fluke of luck we were luck Villa Tepoe was available on exactly the dates we wanted. What a gorgeous house! The location right on the lagoon with a little private beach area was spectacular, and having a pool was a bonus...

"The Tiahura Villa is a small slide of paradise. There are so many comfortable places to lounge and enjoy the lovely view. We really enjoyed the availability of kayaks to paddle around in the lagoon. "This property is on the water and has great access to grocery stores and lots of adventures. The home needs a few upgrades. For example, the mattresses should be replaced, the hot tub doesn’t get “hot” and some kitchen appliances were broken. All of these things were overshadowed by the homes exceptional location and how well taken care of home is. "

"This is a great place to stay on Raiatea with its own little beach. We liked the open concept and the property management is very accommodating. The beach isn’t the best for swimming due to lots of coral but we did enjoy kayaking to the nearby Motu where more swimming possibilities exist. The nearby restaurant that you can walk to, Fish & Blue, is a real treat. "
