"Our group was composed of three couples. This was a fantastic property, with great owners living just below the rental. We enjoyed beautiful views, terrific outdoor lounging and dining area, as well as a swimming pool. "This is a great place to stay on Raiatea with its own little beach. We liked the open concept and the property management is very accommodating. The beach isn’t the best for swimming due to lots of coral but we did enjoy kayaking to the nearby Motu where more swimming possibilities exist. The nearby restaurant that you can walk to, Fish & Blue, is a real treat. "

"Ingrid is fantastic! So nice and helpful. Ingrid is a French native so the home is clean, new. She or her housekeeping service did military grade hospital corners on the beds, it was amazing detail everywhere like that. No dryer, just washer but she has a clothes rack and it was windy enough at night to dry clothes. "Wonderful, large house with pier right on lagoon. Loved everything about the home! Easy check in/ check out. Highly recommend. Also, can drink the water from the fridge (filtered) which is very helpful. Very spacious and nice airflow throughout the home. AC in both bedrooms. Coffee provided on arrival as well. Louana, the property manager, is extremely helpful and friendly, than you so much, Louana! We would love to return! Thank you for everything!"

Fantastic spaces for everybody to relax in (we loved the games room) and the most beautiful near-private beach with tame stingrays and reef sharks. "We were to stay two nights. Airport went on strike and we couldn’t get there. Tried to cancel no communication between Vrbo the host and me. No refund when it was not our fault. Other people stuck there for days. Could have rebooked with them. Told that this happens every July. Charged for stays that they can’t get the people there."
