Other people stuck there for days. Could have rebooked with them. Told that this happens every July. Charged for stays that they can’t get the people there."

"This is a great place to stay on Raiatea with its own little beach. We liked the open concept and the property management is very accommodating. The beach isn’t the best for swimming due to lots of coral but we did enjoy kayaking to the nearby Motu where more swimming possibilities exist. The nearby restaurant that you can walk to, Fish & Blue, is a real treat. "

"Great location! Loved the separate bungalow with two twin beds, close to the water. Other two bedrooms were very nice! Not far from where the ferry drops you off. A few days we could see cruise ships parked out in the water. Centrally located. Overall Great!!! Short 10 minutes drive to Matira Beach and Bora Bora dive center!! "

"By far, our two week stay at the Gooding House was the best stay we have ever experienced. 3 generations of our family had the most amazing time there celebrating my husband and my anniversary, and rang in the new year. The house was perfect with excellent amenities. There were so many different spaces to chill out and enjoy the most stunning views from the dock, private beach, and on both floors. "We stayed at Ylang Ylang for two weeks over Christmas and new Years of 25/26. It was a reunion of sorts as the family was reuniting from Canada and New Zealand! The accommodations were absolutely stunning and suited our family perfectly. The three separate properties allowed for space and the gathering spots perfect for many shared dinners happy hours and reconnecting moments!
