Your sleep will be restful thanks to the quality of the double bed with excellent quality mattress and pillows, as well as white and fragrant bed linen and towels!.

The space has a super cozy decor and all the high-quality equipment to guarantee an incredible experience. Smart TV for you to access your favorite streaming programming and split inverter air conditioning, as well as a great shower to guarantee a relaxing bath.

There is a table with 2 chairs for dining or working in a home office. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4-burner cooktop, electric oven, microwave, duplex stainless steel refrigerator, sandwich maker, coffee maker, water fountain and all the utensils to ensure a good stay.

The bathroom is brand new and has an excellent shower, hairdryer, towels, shampoo and soap are provided with the stay.

Access to the unit is done remotely by our service center.

It has 1 parking space per unit, rotating and on a first-come, first-served basis.

It has a shared laundry room (machine must be scheduled with our service center).
