"We enjoyed Christmas week at the property. Clean, nice linens and kitchen. Spent most time in the nice hot tub and pool in the patio. Also nice gas fire on patio for the cooler evenings."

The house is owned by out of the country owners but the local host was responsive and available. The only issue with the house was the cameras located in the pool area that gave a sense of intrusion on our families privacy. "The house is exactly as pictured. Our family enjoyed the stay. The kitchen is completely stocked for almost anything you'll need. All of the beds were very comfortable, and the kids loved the pool.We will definitely book again if we stay in Cape Coral (just not in July/August in the middle of a heatwave...lol)"

"This was our 7th annual family vacation. The kids loved the pool and fishing at the dock. We caught a beautiful yellowjack fish on the second day. The rest were catfish. The house was clean, the layout of the house was perfect. We had enough towels for everyone. The house was exactly as pictured.
