With their unique birdhouse accommodations and proximity to the ocean, guests can enjoy a vibrant city atmosphere while also indulging in a peaceful and memorable stay.



The Space:

Southwinds #5 for 5 Guests - This spacious apartment is an ideal choice for a family or a group of friends looking to savor the beach lifestyle. The lodging features a king-size bed, a comfortable queen-size bed, and a convenient sofa bed. In addition, it offers two well-appointed bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as beach chairs and an umbrella for those leisurely days at the beach

Additionally, we are a pet-friendly property upon request and additional fee.



Guest Access:

The rental comes with amenities such as a barbecue, terrace, and laundry facilities.

Guests can choose to have daily cleaning services for an additional fee. Linens, beach, and bath towels are provided, but there is no daily maid service.



Charges will apply for any stolen or damaged linens or towels at the end of the stay. Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags are provided, but their replenishment is not guaranteed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided, and broken items can be replaced upon request.

Family holiday trip

Amazing location next to the beach and boardwalk full of shops, food and drinks. Amazing communication throughout entire process. Promptly answered questions from before our trip and throughout the stay. Great parking options off of the street, but simple and quick to get to.Would definitely choose this location again in the future in a heartbeat.

The stay was relaxing. The beach was close and very nice. The apartment was nice and clean. We like to cook so there needs to be more plates and utensils. The Beds are very comfy also.

Location, Comfort, and a View

Everything we needed for our weekend concert (Gaga) experience. Keyless entry and close parking made a super easy and convenient start to our stay. Rental had every item we would need for a beach stay for 5 people including towels and small toiletries. We planned for eating out (lots of dining withing 5 munities any direction) but did bring oven warmup dips and a breakfast and the full kitchen accommodated perfectly. We made use of the beach chairs and the EASY beach access every day we were there. We also enjoyed the fully equipped patio area by lying on the loungers or chatting in the seating area outside our door. We all slept well as the sheets were soft and the large bed was extra comfy. The smaller bed could have been firmer for my tastes and the paint could be refreshed but the place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely stay again. I would say the best part was waking up and being able to watch the sun rise over the water...Priceless

Weekend Stay

Great property for a weekend stay in the Hollywood Beach area! We usually stay in a hotel room for a quick weekend so having room to spread out with the family, separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the kitchen were a huge plus for us here. Good location, only a 2 min walk to the beach/Broadwalk. LOVE the quick and easy beach access. Was walkable to the busy area of the Broadwalk but far enough away to be quiet at night. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, had basic toiletries, and well-stocked with bath and beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella. Parking spot was also a great asset to this rental as parking can definitely be challenging in this area but agree with prior reviewer that it's a small lot with tight spaces so a large pickup or SUV would struggle. We were on the large size to fit but OK with a Jeep Cherokee rental if that helps with a size comparison. Worth noting it's clearly not the Ritz, shows signs of use but totally functional, clean, and the real star here is the location and beach access. Would rent here again.

Great experience

This was our first time renting a property on Vrbo. It was absolutely amazing. The property was clean, pet friendly and a few steps away from the beach. There is so much on the boardwalk that you won’t have to drive anywhere! They provided us with towels, beach towels and hotel toiletries such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. A family of 5 slept comfortably. The only feedback I would have was possibly adding a door to the one bedroom for privacy. Im from south Florida and traveled home for my birthday, the added benefit is that you get a parking spot so you don’t have to struggle for a spot. We have a large SUV and the spots were a little small but your standard vehicle fits perfectly.
