BEACHFRONT condo with ocean views from every room. NO place is closer to the beach than this completely remodeled, one bedroom, GROUND floor unit at The Sandpiper on the Broadwalk on Hollywood Beach! Includes one bedroom with a king bed & private half bath. This condo is in a boutique, two story building. The main bath includes a walk- in shower with all the linens provided. This unit sleeps up to four when including the sofa/bed in livingroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker. Premium coffee is provided and uses a Keürig combo coffee maker for singles or makes a full 12 cups at one time.
Located directly on the legendary Hollywood Broadwalk on the Atlantic ocean-"It's like staying in your very own, first class beach cabana!" The spacious courtyard provides shared outdoor tables and chairs for enjoying spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean with your morning coffee or dining anytime. Even your free parking spot has an ocean view! No car? No problem! Just a short cab ride from Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale airport to the condo(about $25.⁰⁰ or from Miami airport; hop the frequent tri-rail train to the Hollywood Blvd. stop then ten minute Uber or taxi ride) will allow you to enjoy several days of beach fun, food and entertainment that are only steps from your door. You can literally walk barefoot out of the door, with the provided beach gear, onto the famous Hollywood beach for fun-in-the-sun and back anytime to your own private bathrooms and to make more of your favorite frozen cocktails!
Stroll down the Broadwalk to daily entertainment at the Margaritaville resort or one of the many oceanfront tiki bars then grab a great meal at a beachfront restaurant. Walk one block to the intracoastal waterway to catch a water taxi to Ft. Lauderdale or just enjoy the guided boat ride. Catch the frequent Circuit shuttle to downtown and around Hollywood. Very close to world class casinos, horse racing, museums, 5 Star restaurants and the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport. Enjoy several days of entertainment and activities in this friendly beach community. You will find yourself wanting to return here again and again!

We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and would definitely stay here again. The unit is clean and very well appointed. They have everything you need in the kitchen plus they even have a coffee stand with regular coffee and K-Cups along with creamer and sugar. They also have a corner full of beach stuff. We used the 2 reclining chairs and umbrella every day. They even have Boogie boards and a cooler although you should need the cooler unless you go somewhere else!The location is great. Directly right across the boardwalk from the beach allowing you to walk across to the beach. The beach is very nice and not as busy as the area by Margaritaville about a half mile south of the unit where many bars are located. The location comes with a slight drawback that because you are directly on the boardwalk you may get the occasional loud people at night walking home after the bar. It wasn’t a big deal for us.Couple tips we found while staying in Hollywood… If you are looking for happy hour, we found a decent one at Ocean Alley and the CHC rooftop bar (Both are just south of Margaritaville). Ocean Alley also had specials while live sports was on the TV which was all day Saturday and Sunday for us. If you are looking for sunsets, the CHC rooftop bar has great views as well as the Le Tub restaurant. Final tip was that we found the Ride Circuit App. They have electric golf carts and take you to just about anywhere in Hollywood for 2 per person. Super convenient!

Perfect beach getaway

The apartment was absolutely perfect. We were on the “quite” side of the Broadwalk. You cannot find a better location with FREE parking! The apartment had EVERYTHING you need for a day out on the beach. Chairs, towels, beach toys, a whole tent! We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The property is always beautiful! I was however shocked at it was not as clean as my last stay at this property was. There were crumbs on the floor and I found a few dead bugs. I was very bothered that construction was going on during my stay there. It was very disruptive while I tried to sleep in and relax. The drills and equipment were so loud I could even here it when I was trying to relax on the beach. I just wish I was aware that would of been going on during my stay. I spoke with another guest staying on that property and they said they were made aware and it was discounted for them. Which was kind of bothersome. Not very relaxing when you are on vacation and paying a lot of money to stay there. I was also upset that the washer and dryer were not available because of the construction going on. That is part of the perks staying at this property. What was very distrusting is one of the owners on this property lives upstairs and she had the nerve to keep asking my guest that I was traveling with if he’s staying on the property and what unit is he in. She asked him more than once and when he didn’t tell her she stated she was going to call someone to get the answer! Who does that? Once I confronted her she apologized and brought him m and m candies to apologize! It was very rude and ignorant to be treated that way when she didn’t have a rite to ask us anything because we weren’t paying to stay at her property. I feel like I should be refunded something for this stay

Fantastic property

Beautiful property on the beach. Very clean and well equipped. Conveniently located on the Broadwalk with a short walk to the restaurants, band stand and shops. I definitely recommend the property and hope it is available when I visit the area again.

Adorable place right on the beach! My new favorite spot to getaway! Convenient to restaurants, live music, and grocery stores. Safe, clean area of beach. Nice to have parking too! But you really don’t need a car.

Great location and nicely designed/renovated. Owner really thought about everything you can possibly need and made it accessible. The apartment came fully equipped with boogie boards, beach towels, mats, cooler, coffee and so many more. I felt right at home in this place and the communication was great. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I return to Hollywood Beach.

Birthday at the beach

Our stay was perfect. Check in was easy. Location was excellent. Walk out the gate, across the broadwalk, and you're in sand. We were able to see the sunrise from the patio. We will definitely book again!
